The Rosemount 400/11 is a contacting conductivity sensor that can accurately and reliably measure electrolytic conductivity in clean, non-corrosive liquids including high-purity water and pure cooling water. This sensor has a strong two-electrode construction with concentric titanium electrodes and a polyether ether ketone (PEEK) insulator.
It is built to last and stay stable in tough industrial settings. The 400/11 variation has a cell constant of 0.01/cm, which makes it perfect for applications with poor conductivity. A Pt1000 RTD is built in to automatically adjust for temperature changes, and the device is designed to be installed directly with a ¾ in. male national pipe thread (MNPT) fitting.
You may choose the sensor with either a normal or high-temperature option. Its Viton O-ring makes sure that process liquids can’t get through. The Rosemount 400/11 is easy to set up and works well in many process monitoring and control situations. It has factory-measured cell constants and doesn’t need to be calibrated at first.
