How to Start a Return?

– Send an email to sales@ndmarinetech.com with your order number and the reason you want to return it.
– Our team will give you instructions, such as the address for returning the item and any permissions you need.
– Make sure the item is packed well so it doesn’t get damaged on the way back.

– After we get the returned items and check them out, we will process the refunds.
– Refunds that have been approved will be sent back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
– We don’t give back shipping costs unless the return is because of a mistake on our part or a broken item.

Swaps

– Please call us to make sure the replacement item is in stock before you try to exchange it.
– Requests for exchanges must be made within the same 30-day return period and meet the same product condition conditions.

Costs of Return Shipping

– Customers have to pay for return postage unless the item is broken or was sent to the wrong address. – For international returns, the customer has to pay for all customs charges and taxes on the returned items.
