The Banner VE202G1A is a smart camera that works on its own for machine vision tasks like checking for presence or absence, measuring, verifying location, and inspecting patterns and blobs on automated production lines. ​

It has a grayscale CMOS image sensor and is set up using Banner’s Vision Manager software, which has capabilities for processing images, analyzing data, and an easy-to-use interface for making and maintaining inspections. ​

• A 2 MP grayscale sensor with a resolution of 1600 × 1200 pixels lets you look closely at parts and labels. ​
• Tools for processing images, such as grayscale value, object, edge and location, pattern, blob, blemish, and bead detection, as well as tools for math and measurement analysis. ​
