The Eaton HMDL3800 is a three-pole, 800-amp molded case circuit breaker from Eaton’s Series C series. It is meant for use in industrial and commercial power distribution. People often call this circuit breaker the Cutler Hammer HMDL3800 because it is based on the MDL-frame architecture and has a long history with the Cutler Hammer brand. The HMDL3800 can handle up to 600VAC and has a high interrupting capacity of 65 kA at 480 VAC; thus, it can handle tough electrical situations.
