MAK M25 Diesel Engine Generator Set Description

The MAK M25 diesel engine generator set is a medium-speed, four-stroke marine and power-plant unit that can run on heavy fuel oil (HFO) or marine diesel oil (MDO) and produce reliable power all the time. It is built on the established M25 engine architecture and is strong, has long service intervals, and is very efficient. This makes it perfect for shipboard auxiliary power and land-based industrial power plants.

There are 6, 8, and 9-cylinder generator sets, and depending on the layout and alternator choice, they can produce between around 2,140 kVA and 3,560 kVA. The set is designed for quick installation, simple maintenance, and reliable operation in tough conditions thanks to its strong base structure with built-in oil sump and universal fuel equipment.
