The Taizhou Huicheng UQK-01-C Float Level Controller accurately detects the level of liquid in industrial tanks and containers. This brand-new item has a float mechanism that works well for pump control and alarms and can switch between AC250V and 10A.

The UQK-01-C is made for use in marine, chemical, and industrial settings. It has a control range of 10 to 30 mm and may be mounted horizontally in a fixed position. It can find the levels of liquids in open or pressured containers up to 1MPa. It has a strong float ball (φ50–76mm) that works with non-corrosive liquids like water, oil, and chemicals. It has IP68 protection and SPDT connections, so it can work safely in temperatures up to 120–150°C.

Usage Instructions:

1. Mount on the side of the tank horizontally using a flange. Make sure the float can move freely without any obstructions or magnetic garbage.
2. Connect the SPDT output to pumps and alarms. Use NO or NC for high or low level triggers at the 10–30 mm boundary.
3. Ground the metal housing to the flange for safety; check that the medium density is at least 0.8 g/cm³ and the viscosity is low.
4. Check for float friction or level changes on a regular basis; if the same problem happens more than 20mm, replace it.
