The Allen Bradley 150-C60NBD is a smart motor controller that can start and stop three-phase induction motors up to 60 A at voltages up to 480 V AC. It is an SMC-3 model. This Series B open-type soft starter combines solid-state control, motor overload protection, and internal bypass connections into a small, low-cost alternative to traditional starters in OEM machines and process applications.
This controller works with most industrial power systems across the world since it has a wide 200–480 V three-phase operating range and a 100–240 V AC control supply. The SMC-3 firmware has standard soft start and soft stop settings, as well as current limit and motor diagnostics. This helps lower mechanical stress, inrush currents, and downtime in your motor-driven equipment.
