The AMPROBE LH41A is a very accurate clamp-on ammeter that can measure both AC and DC currents in a wide range of electrical applications. It works great for fixing sensor and control circuits, finding leakage current, and other situations where there isn’t much current. The gadget can hold wires up to 19 mm in diameter since its jaws can expand up to 20 mm (0.78″). The LH41A can measure AC or DC peak currents from 0 to 40 A. It has a 1 mA resolution in the 4 A range and a 10 mA resolution in the 40 A range, thus it can make very accurate measurements.
