The Tyco CCU3/C-MXMB Interface Module is a MODBUS interface device that lets you link more than one MX fire alarm panel to an MXNet network. It lets you talk to MX panels through a TLI-800 (TPI) interface card using RS232 (PL2 connector). It also lets you connect to MODBUS networks using RS232, RS485 (default), or RS422 communication protocols. The module can connect to up to eight CCU/IO boards, which are general-purpose supervised inputs and relay outputs that may be accessed using the MODBUS interface.
