The GM D1010D is a power supply for a dual-channel DIN rail-mounted repeater that is safe to use in dangerous places. It sends 2-wire or 3/4-wire 4-20 mA signals to dangerous regions and sends isolated signals to safe areas. This unit provides HART connectivity for smart devices, which makes sure that process control is always dependable.
​GM D1010D Main Features:
- Provides fully floating DC power with three-port isolation between the input, output, and supply for extra safety.
- Works with smart protocols beyond simple analog and can handle bidirectional HART signals with a bandwidth of 0.5 to 40 kHz.
- You can set the DIP switches to either mA source/sink or voltage output modes. There is also short-circuit protection on both inputs and outputs.
- This device is certified SIL 2 according to IEC 61508 and can be used with Zone 0/20 inputs and installed in Zone 2.
