The STORK TM410 fuel pump is a high pressure, single cylinder, jerk type injection pump, designed for use with Marine Gas Oil (MGO) and high viscosity Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) under severe operating conditions. This part is designed to work at normal working crankshaft speeds of 500 to 600 RPM. This atomizes the fuel correctly, reducing exhaust smoke and saving your cylinder liner and piston assembly from premature wear.

Main Features

  1. The HFO optimization is designed to accept high viscosity fuel profiles in compliance with ISO 8217:2005(E) and ISO-F-RMH 700 without viscosity induced pressure decreases.
  2. This jerk-pump arrangement permits the development of pressure in each cylinder individually, but keeps the performance balanced through the engine block.
  3. High Grade Wear Resistance: Specially surface hardened plunger and barrel assemblies are precision machined to decrease the corrosive sulfur content and abrasive cat-fines in heavy fuels.
  4. Rigid Monoblock Housing The cast housing is designed to minimize high mechanical stresses at the peak injection pressure periods, therefore reducing external fuel leakage and casing distortion.
