JUMO DTRANS P30 Pressure Transducer

The JUMO dTRANS P30 404366/999 is a very accurate industrial pressure transducer that uses a piezoresistive or thin-film strain gauge to measure the pressure of liquids and gases. ​

Overview of the Product:

The transmitter consistently changes the observed pressure into an electrical signal. It can produce 4–20 mA (both two- and three-wire), 0.5–4.5 V, 1–6 V, and 0–10 V, thus it may be used with many different control systems. ​

Application:

Used in process engineering, industrial automation, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and harsh or hygienic settings since it is flexible and works with electricity.

Technical Details:

-> Measuring Range: There are special ranges available as “999,” with options for relative or absolute pressure that may be set from vacuum to 600 bar for relative pressure and 25 bar for absolute pressure. ​

-> For accuracy and repeatability, the burden error must be less than or equal to 0.5% FS, the zero offset must be less than or equal to 0.3% FS, the thermal hysteresis must be between ±0.5% FS, and the repeatability must be less than or equal to 0.05% FS. ​

-> The temperature range for operation is -20°C to +100°C, while the range for storage is -40°C to +125°C. ​

-> Threaded, sanitary (with clamp, JUMO PEKA, and diaphragm seal), and customizable based on the order selection. ​

-> Materials: The wetted portions are usually stainless steel 316 Ti/316 L, which is resistant to chemicals. The housing is made of stainless steel 304 or polycarbonate GF, and there are also special variants available. ​

-> Time to respond: ≤3 ms (current output) and ≤10 ms (voltage output). ​

-> Power Supply: DC 10–30 V (for 4–20 mA/1–6 V outputs), DC 5 V (for 0.5–4.5 V output), and DC 11.5–30 V (for 0–10 V output). ​

-> Depending on the kind of connection (terminal box, cable, or M12 connector), the protection rating might be as high as IP67. ​
