Danfoss BFP 21 l5 Oil Pump Details:

The Danfoss BFP 21 L5 oil pump (071N0258) reliably sends fuel to small to medium oil burners with a capacity of up to 42 L/h. This brand-new unit makes sure that heating systems work well and keep the right amount of pressure.

The Danfoss BFP 21 L5 is made for home and light commercial oil burners. It has two nozzle/pressure outlets (L + R) and can turn left. It can handle light oil and kerosene with viscosities between 1.3 and 12 cSt. It has a built-in solenoid valve for a clean cut-off and a cartridge filter to keep debris out. This pump is great for systems with one or two pipes. It can run at speeds of up to 3450 rpm and pressures of 7 to 20 bar. It comes factory-set at 10 bar for easy plug-and-play use.

Key Features of BFP 21 L4 Oil Pump:

1) The built-in pressure regulator keeps the output at a steady 7–20 bar for the best burner performance.

2) The NC type solenoid valve cuts off power right away, which stops after-drip and makes things safer.

3) 1- or 2-pipe operation is flexible and works with a wide range of boiler setups.

4) A high-capacity cartridge filter (200 µm) keeps dirt and other things out of the gasoline lines.

5) The strong design enables biofuel blends up to 10% and speeds up to 3450 rpm, so it starts every time.

6) Fits ordinary home oil burners up to 42 L/h with a compact design, an 8 mm shaft, and a left rotation.

Usage in Industry:

  • Connect the suction intake to the fuel tank and the return line for recirculation to install in two-pipe systems.
  • After setting up, change the pressure regulator to match the needs of the burner nozzle (7–20 bar).
  • To work, apply 220–230 V AC to the coil and make sure the voltage can handle peaks of 207–253 V.
  • To keep the flow efficient, change the filter cartridge every 250,000 operations or 10 years.
  • Check that the left-hand rotation is correct from the shaft end and fasten it using an EN 225 standard shaft/neck coupling.
