The SULZER RTFlex60C Cylinder Liner is a high-quality, precision-made part made for Wärtsilä-Sulzer RT-flex60C low-speed marine diesel engines, which are known for being reliable in harsh coastal conditions. This liner is made from high-quality grey cast iron with the right amount of hard phase.

It is very durable, doesn’t wear out quickly, and works with Sulzer’s TriboPack technology to give you up to three years longer between overhauls. It works with engines that put out 2360 kW per cylinder at 114 rpm and doesn’t produce any smoke, making it perfect for container feeds, reefers, and car carriers.

• Deep-honed full-length running surface for perfect piston ring contact, which reduces wear and supports a 3-year TBO.
• Collar with insulation tubes and mid-stroke insulation that cools the bore to keep the walls at the right temperature and stop corrosive wear.
• Multi-level lubrication quills are put in dry areas so that they are easy to reach and can distribute oil evenly based on the load.
• Integration of an anti-polishing ring (APR) to get rid of deposits on the top land and polish the bore.
