Wartsila W32 Piston Crown Skirt Ring
The Wartsila W32Â piston assembly has a steel crown and a nodular cast iron skirt that are perfect for the 320 mm bore 4-stroke engines used in marine propulsion and power generation. It has chrome-plated compression and scraper rings that help it use less oil and keep the surface from polishing through innovative skirt lubrication. It can manage IMO Tier II emissions and a wide range of loads, and it has been tested in over 4,500 units.
