Our Engineer’s Advise:

When installing the SNS-C130W on a vessel, always ensure you use a pulsation dampener or a ‘pig-tail’ syphon if you are mounting this near a reciprocating pump or compressor. While Saginomiya builds these to be incredibly hardy, constant pressure spikes (water hammer) can fatigue the bellows over time. Also, during your monthly PMS (Planned Maintenance System), use the manual trip to ensure the SPDT contacts haven’t pitted; in salty air, even drip-proof housings benefit from a quick spray of contact cleaner once a year.
