3. Blade Exposure Reset: To extract the blade for maintenance, actuate your hydraulic pump carefully until the Blade Pin (#5) clears the front edge of the ram collar, shut off power immediately, and safely drive out the pin.
4. Inspect Your Dies Simultaneously: If you find you are breaking blade pins frequently, inspect your die set for cracks. Damaged dies allow tiny slivers of steel wire to lodge between the blade and guides, generating massive lateral stress that shears the blade pin.
