Installation Guide:

1. Shaft Coupling Alignment This model has a normal smooth 11mm shaft, no keyway. (A11N) Make sure you utilise good quality zero backlash clamping couplings. If the coupling is not torqued enough, micro-slippage will occur, causing position inaccuracies and premature wear on the shaft surface.
2. Cable Strain Relief Multi-pin circular connectors (ST5S00N) are designed to ensure excellent sealing. They are not designed to take the weight or mechanical tension of the supply cable. Always provide suitable strain-relief loops near to the motor termination.
3. Drive Parameterization Warning When setting up your Lenze servo inverter (9300 or 9400 HighLine Series), please verify that you manually enter the appropriate frequency parameter (270Hz) and current limit (1.3A). Running this motor with generalised autotune parameters without limiting the peak current can overstress the Class F stator insulation over time reducing the operational life.
