Leuze Electronic TNT 35 Overview:

The Leuze Electronic TNT 35 is a small test monitoring unit that can be used to test type 2 optoelectronic protective devices on a regular basis. It meets the IEC/EN 61496-1 and -2 standards for Active Optoelectronic Protective Devices (AOPD). It can connect up to six type 2 single-beam safety sensors in a row, which means that the machine can run without stopping for 2-second test cycles. The TNT 35 is designed for use in industrial safety applications and meets Performance Level (PL) d and Category 2 standards according to EN ISO 13849-1. It has a built-in start/restart interlock and external device monitoring (EDM).

It has voltage-free safety relay outputs for direct shutdown control, LED status indicators, and changeable configurations via jumpers—no software needed. This makes it great for keeping dangerous regions in machinery safe.
