This valve is strong, but I always suggest that your upstream filter be rated for at least 40 microns. If you notice a small delay in the off cycle, look for salt crystals or oil sludge in the exhaust port. A brief blast of contact cleaner generally fixes the problem.

Tip: If you’re utilizing this in a circuit where safety is really important, use the manual override during commissioning to verify the downstream logic without having to cycle the PLC. But before you leave the site, make sure the override is always changed back to auto.
